One of my primary goals in life is continuing to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating right and getting plenty of outdoor exercise.
Hiking, trail running, mountain and road biking, downhill and cross country skiing regenerate my spirit and put a smile on my face!!
Last summer I completed all five passes of The 2012 Tour of the California Alps-Death Ride and have signed up for the 2013 Death Ride just cuz I like the Five Pass Jersey.
Family is very important to me.
I am handy around the house, not afraid to tackle most home improvement projects. Usually know when I'm in over my head and time to call in a professional.
You should be slender/athletic, exercise regularly, embrace the outdoors, but also enjoy snuggling in front of the wood stove, a movie, or flickering candle light.
