About Me
What you see is what you get with me. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I am outgoing and educated. I have a B.A. in American Sign Language Interpreting. I'm a good listener, honest, and dependable. I am a singer. I studied voice ever since I can remember. My grandmother was an opera singer. I guess that's where I get my voice. Music and the Performing Arts is a huge part of my life. It would be great to find someone that is also into the Arts but it is not a requirement.
On a typical Friday night, you can find me going to a small venue concert in LA with friends, grabbing dinner and drinks with a few people, museum exhibits, spontaneous road trips, wine tasting, volunteering, etc. :) I also appreciate a cozy night in making dinner together while listening to some Frank Sinatra and drinking wine. I'm not one for going to the movies. I can think of a zillion better things to do than see a movie. I am always up on what's going on in LA and OC and appreciate people that also like to seek out random fun things to check out.
One of the things I am looking for in a guy is someone that is sophisticated but not a snob, someone that has drive and is actively working toward their goals and dreams. "Mr. Right" is Christian, engaging, charismatic, emotionally healthy, loves people, has a heart for serving others, and is happy and successful in his own right. He's physically active and healthy. He is a good friend, and has a great family. His work is something he is passionate about, but it doesn't rule his life. He loves new experiences, enjoys good food, and can keep up with my travel bug. I like a clean cut guy but enjoy a little manly scruff once in a while. I think it can be sexy. Just please don't grow chin hair, a mustache or a full beard and think that's hot. It's a major turn off! lol :) Just sayin'...
