About Me
The simple things make me the happiest. I am a very hard worker and work hard at my job, but my "family" comes first. I work to live, I do not live to work.
I am a giver by nature and often forget to take care of me so I'm looking for someone isn't going to take advantage of that side of me, but who will make sure that while I'm busy looking out for him and others, I'm also being taken care of.
I have a passion for cooking and am just as happy to make a great dinner at home as much or more than going out. I would prefer playing cards, darts, going for a walk, or heading out to a park to sitting in front of the TV… but I do like movie night and cuddling!
I love live events; concerts, sporting events, comedy clubs, musicals/plays… I didn't have the opportunity to attend many too often while I was growing up so I try to make up for it now and am hoping to find someone who will be screaming and cheering right alongside me.

First Date
An ideal first date for me would be something social that would allow for the times when the conversation stalls to not feel awkward, playing darts or pool at a bar, going to an arcade, watching live music. There's enough pressure to impress on a first date without being forced into a situation where you have to be talking non-stop. That being said, I also prefer a situation that still allows for conversation (no movies!).
