Don't lie, no one answers 100% of the messages they receive on here. My first round of message cleaving begins by deleting one-word messages, two-word messages, or messages that lack an open-ended question. Unoriginal messages like "what's up?" are insufficient and don't make the cut. If it wouldn't be an engaging opening line in real life, it's not a great virtual opening line either. Please give me a foundation upon which to reply.
I'm here in Utah to take a few steps back in life in hopes of catapulting myself here soon. With much strength I recently left a great, budding, career in healthcare revenue analysis in both California and Colorado. I've come back to school to finish my degree... okay, degrees. I am pursuing two BS degrees: accounting and human performance (fitness, nutrition, etc.). This summer I am studying 22 credit hours and working part time--I'm a busy, driven, gal.
My passions are swimming, singing, and building awesome metric trending tools with spreadsheet/database applications (I could stay up night after night doing this). You could call me a nerd. I'm usually wearing my glasses but I do keep up my contact prescription and home inventory for special/practical events. I love working out (hence, the second degree) and prefer no makeup and natural hair days. Shopping is not my forte, I try to dwindle it down to weekly necessities and 3 or 4 times a year for all else.
I come from a large family of 6 siblings (plus 3). The nieces and nephews are countless and my absolute joys. I have a "mommy" car in which I love to haul them around.
I'm from Texas. Don't ask me which college I root for because my siblings were all divided between A&M and UT. I belt country music but listen to many genres with the exception of rock and rap. My car presets include some country, hip-hop, pop, and Latin music (yeah, I speak Spanish as well). I grew up singing classical and prefer Italian arias.
I don't speak sports because I come from a family of swimmers, that was our concentration. I'm still waiting for someone to take the time to introduce me to the world of sports on land.
Casual, short, nearby... there's always time for round two if we're both interested. We have all been on that awkward date that never seemed to end, right? Let's not do that again.
