About Me
I love music & dancing but am not much one for dance clubs or bars anymore. When I do go out, I'm there to have fun with my girlfriends, not to be hit on or picked up. I would rather spend a relaxing, cozy night at home than drinking & partying. I've had my fair share already & am now looking for more mature connections. I've had long term relationships in the past & although I was very young, the heartbreak was real.
I love children & am very involved with my family, including all my nieces, nephews and little cousins. I am also a big animal enthusiast.
I have always been passionate, hard-working and responsible. I recently left work in property management after several years in retail. Unfortunately it became too time consuming with all the overtime. I believe in good work ethic and morales, which is the primary reason I left property management. I feel happy and blessed to be doing more volunteer work. I would also like to take up some fun classes on the side, like learning salsa & rumba dancing, maybe photography, learning a new language. I haven't traveled much but dream of one day going to Italy, the Bahamas & Egypt, followed by many more places!

First Date
The best first date I ever had didn't actually start off as a date but sort of evolved. It was a work function that raised money for St. Jude's. It was such a fun evening filled with laughter and good food. Even though we were surrounded by others the majority of the night, we were basically connected at the hip. After a successful night, some of the staff hung around to watch UFC. Even though I objected, he insisted I take his jacket because I was shivering from the cold air. As everything drew to an end, I was walked out to my car, even though his car was all the way on the other side of the property. We easily stood outside talking for another hour. We didn't even kiss but it was by far, the best and only truly, memorable date I've had.
I couldn't imagine a better first date. Even though a typical dinner and movie date can be fun, it's the little things that can make all the difference.
