Life’s Simple Pleasures:
It is important to slow down, notice, and appreciate the simple pleasures in life, such as laughing, listening to the sound of rain, watching birds or squirrels play, opening a window to let fresh air in, watching construction machines work, and sleeping in my own bed after being away on vacation.
Strong Work Ethic:
I have a strong work ethic, not just for work, but in life too, which includes taking responsibility for my actions, being dependable, showing up on time, and being able to adapt to life’s surprises/unpredictability.
I am a Full-time Nanny for a family with little kids because I enjoy helping children learn through playing with them. My long-term goal is to open my own daycare after getting many years of experience as a Nanny.
Growing up, my family played a lot of board and card games together and I still enjoy playing those types of games. My favorite card game is UNO.
I exercise at least 3 days each week using a variety of 30 minute circuit training workouts.
Since most of family lives nearby, I enjoy spending time with them, especially my little nephew. My family gets together often to celebrate birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and even just to hangout.
My Bucket List:
-Try trampoline dodgeball.
-Take snowboarding lessons.
-Learn the basics of skateboarding.
-Try indoor skydiving in one of those wind tunnels.
-Be in New York City (Times Square) for New Year's Eve.
-Go to New York City to watch the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.
Although I am kind of shy and a little quiet sometimes (which is a part of my personality that I have come to accept in myself), I know how to communicate and talk, just not a lot. Once I get more comfortable around someone, then I start to open up a little more.
I prefer simple and fun first “meetings”, such as:
-playing mini golf
-playing arcade games
-playing a card game (UNO and/or your favorite card game)
-playing basketball (Horse or Around the World)
