About Me
Currently, I'm in a post-bacc program doing science coursework. My ultimate goal is to become a wildlife or conservation medicine veterinarian.
I like to pick up various hobbies like photography, re-learning piano, learning guitar, hiking, wildlife watching, video games, martial arts, etc. I'm only good at maybe 2 of those things :P
I've worked a lot of different jobs and internships. Anywhere from chasing down shoplifters on Maui, to running assays on specimen samples, to hands-on work with elephant seals and sea lions for veterinary studies and conservation.
TV/Movies I like: You are likely to find me watching Parks and Rec, Game of Thrones, or re-runs of Star Trek and Stargate.
Books: Anything by Neil Gaiman, The Dresden Files, most sci-fi/fantasy books.
Music: Radiohead, Black Keys, Amanda Palmer, Massive Attack, Joan Jett, Jay Z, Kid Cudi, Queen, Depeche Mode, David Bowie.
I'm obviously a bit of a geek. In a cool way ;)
My ideal date is someone that is kind, funny, honest, and intelligent. You should be somewhat concerned with your health and like to get outdoors every now and again. It's fine if you play video games (I do), but I prefer that you know how to balance the rest of your life as well and know when to put down the controller/keyboard. You should not be allergic to sunshine. Also, I should like your friends and you should like mine.
