About Me
First, I am Italian and proud! I think sarcasm is great; smart sarcasm is even better. My friends call me a pitbull covered marshmallow........meaning I am soft and caring on the inside, with a strong and no nonsense exterior. I am caring, intelligent, sarcastic and loyal to the bone. I have a strong sense of right and wrong, but try my best to see things from another's view point. I have a strong faith in God, but do not feel the need to push it upon others. My relationship with God, is just that....MINE! It would be nice to date someone who shares in my faith in God.
I lived in LA for 10 yrs and spent a year and a half living in Italy before LA. Moved back to Norcal for school and to be closer to my family (Dad lives in Nevada City, Mom in San Francisco). I am a full time nursing student , which keeps me really busy. However, I do make time for people that are important to me. I am looking for a man I can laugh with,someone honest, loyal, and not into playing games. I want a man that has a career he loves, or is pursuing one.
I am affectionate and think a long hug can cure many of the things that ail you. Just being held close to the one you love can make everything wrong melt away. I am looking to find the man that makes me feel like I am home in his arms. I want a man who knows what chivalry is, and is aware of opening doors for women. I like to surprise the one I am with by doing little things to show how much I adore them. I am looking for a man that likes to do the same.
I want to find a guy that can quote movies to the point of having a complete conversation using movie lines. I love that! I must have a man that understands that Monty Python is hysterical, Big Bang Theory is one of the funniest shows ever, and that reading for pleasure is a necessity in life. I am close to my family, and dream of having children. I have incredible friends that keep me in check and help ground me when needed. I have a pretty great life, and am only missing one thing.......the person that I can come home to and share how my day went, snuggle up on the couch with or enjoy a great bottle of wine outside watching the sun go down. He's out there, just need to keep looking.
