Hello and thanks for reading on....please feel free to enthrall me with all of your humor, charm, and wit. As I will surely not hold back any of these qualities from you. HA! I find myself to be quite a fan of my own work when it comes to humor.. Hummm, maybe that is why broadway only sent me the 'almost a star' letter. I know that the ladies find humor one of the most redeeming qualities they seek in a partner, just behind looking for a dangerous man.... I'll have to think about this one a while longer to make make my decision.
Anyhow... I'm extremely active, more in my mind than in the physical body. Although that is pretty physically fit as well, I must say. I steal away to ride my horse at least 2 to 3 times a week. I like to play tennis and hike and have done a fair bit of diving, just not in California. I exercise my dog daily and usually we go for at least one long walk per day. Much of my enjoyment comes from the real simple pleasures in life, like eating breakfast on a Sunday morning then going back to bed while a pie bakes. This happens far too infrequently as I have been a work-a-holic for the past 15 years. I'm finding more balance than ever in reducing my work schedule. Psst... It allows much more time for yourself! What a concept. I love languages and have been learning Spanish. I have grand reverence for those among us with a gift for the languages. I have a fond appreciation for all types of animals! In my spare time I fancy working with stained glass, volunteering and reading books by authors from the places that I have recently visited. Kindness is must, happiness is a must, and an independent mind is a must. Please appreciate that I'm in search of my last fish for the trout line. No more catch and release for this gal! I've reached my bag limit. Haha!
My partner must love animals. Yes, it does happen that some amongst us do not like animals. Since, I'm a veterinarian this will be a conflict of interest for me.
