I guess I’m looking for some companionship, someone I can share my time and connect with....and just do "stuff" together, go dancing, share the sunsets, go to the movies, take nice long walks, have deep conversations or just plain talk, snuggle on the couch, and..................???
Maybe this modest beginning can result in something bigger/longer term?
One very important thing that I have learned, over the years, is that it really doesn't matter what you do or where you are, it's most important with whom you're with, that's what really counts for me. (Of course that assumes that you are with the "right" person.)
I like the Beach, Travel/Cruises, Music/Dancing/Concerts, Learning, Cycling, Walking, "puttering" around the house, gardening/Landscaping, Dining out, cooking on the grill, Movies/Theater, Sports, snuggling on a rainy day, etc.
I love traveling to Italy, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Yucatan, Mexico, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, etc.
There are so many beautiful Cathedrals, Architecture, Gaudi, Goya, Picasso, Dali, Alhambra, Ponte Vecchio, etc.
I'm also a Volunteer Tutor and teach English to immigrants/foreigners, from beginners to GED, U.S. Citizenship, and other exams.
I am a true Gentleman and I have a lot to offer a nice Lady.
I enjoy all kinds of music, Oldies Music (Q105), Andrea Bocelli, Steve Perry, Neil Diamond, Johnny Mathis, Moody Blues, Engelbert Humperdinck, Josh Groban, Sax music, Jazz, Elton John, The Beatles, Chicago, Spanish Music, pretty much most music except for Rap & most country, although I do like some contemporary country.
***IMPORTANT NOTE*** It has come to my attention that people should mention their attitudes/thoughts/whatever regarding pets. While I am not an animal 'hater' I guess I'm not a real 'pet lover'. Sorry if that makes me seem like a horrible person. I'd rather put it in my profile so someone who feels differently will just pass me by, than like someone only to find out we are just not compatible "pet-wise".
It's not really a date but a first face to face, if we like how we feel, what we see and what we hear, we enjoy and plan the next meetup,
or else we'll be kind and say "Farewell"/ Ciao.
It should be something simple, in public, and short, in order to see if there are any "Sparks" and/or further interest in future meetups.
