Hi there,
I was fortunate enough to grow up in the Ottawa area, but have been living in BC for the past 8 years. While I enjoyed my time out there I have recently decided to move back to Ottawa to be near family/friends and to hopefully start a new career. Meeting new people is always nice hence signing up for this...
I am a qualified elementary school teacher who is trying every angle to become a full time teacher - trust me its a hard profession to get into :) .When I am not teaching I enjoy the outdoors - hiking, skiing (which I am hoping to take back up here and yes I know - I lived in BC so why not there?), and generally just being outside. I also enjoy swimming and if motivated enough I can find myself at the gym...sometimes.
I consider myself quite social, but I am also quite shy when I first meet people. I enjoy going out to pubs with friends or staying in for an always eventful wine night. I do not watch too many movies, but I can always be persuaded to do so...I am a sucker for awful 'made for tv movies' - its a down fall I know.
