I haven't updated in a long while. say to myself when my sh*tgets together more I will do this. Things just get mote complicated. I work and I didn't mean to be elusive. I am a janitor early morning and nights, I work as a contract historical researcher writer for a non-profit digital archive and I was just hired July 2015 as an on call casual community support worker for an organization that supports people with disabilities. Oh and I submit very occasional articles and pics to a East Kootenay based News site. The cover, I bet looking at my photos, you wouldn't guess I had been a teacher. Yes, I was a high school Math and Science teacher for 7 years before I moved to Cranbrook. I may look like a neuroscientist to you doubt it but maybe. Yes, during my undergrad at UVic, I did directed research in behavioral neuroscience and spent two years as a work study student in those labs. Teaching was supposed to help me pay down student debt and save for grad school and well relationships change your direction. I think if you talked to my ex we spent over a decade together and asked her to describe me in one word, she would say dependable or reliable. Earlier this month I took a bus from Cranbrook to Kelowna, helped pack and load a U-haul for my cousin and her kids, and drove the U-haul to the East Kootenay and helped unload it. I missed one day of work that I booked off a month in advance. I'm more hippy than hipster. I enjoy going to the gym ( I'm no roid freak), the outdoors, reading, movies, and love some TV - Downton Abbey and Game of Thrones. The tattoo I got in JUne . My first at 45. She is a comic character Death from The Sandman - my fave comic, that says something 'cause I remember when comics were 35 cents. The last book I read "Anansi boys" by Neil Gaiman and I'm reading a book from the Dresden Files now by Jim Butcher. I have eclectic tastes in books my favorite author jack Kerouac. I like most genres of music -- country and opera not so much. Stood in line for hours to get tickets for The Hip Alice Cooper and Bob Dylan when they played here -- awesome seats on the floor!
