I'm currently an Operations Manager for a transportation company, I love what I do but it can be very stressful. I work a lot and really appreciate walks, getting out, and staying in to relax on the couch.
I'm an Accounting major(No, I will not do your taxes! It's 2016 and TurboTax only costs $40) I plan to go back for my CPA... when... that I have not quite figured out. I want to stay in the field of Transportation and Engineering, it's always been where I saw myself.
Alternative music and anything from jazz to early 60s are always on my playlists. I love this group of people on youtube that take newer songs and play them in different styles (postmodern jukebox) you should give them a listen.
So, I think it is crazy that we all grow up and seemingly forget the things that made us feel alive as kids. I firmly believe pinatas are fantastic birthday gifts, trees are meant for climbing, and competitive tickle fights are the best way to get the blood going. Why give up on those things because a number changed? I love being outside, I'd really like to hike more. Outdoor activities are always agreeable, and if you have pets... I want to meet them and love them. I grew up with cats, dogs, a bunny, guinea pigs, horses, and even a gecko once, it's safe to say I love animals (but not in a vegan sort of way, I'll pet a cow and still eat a burger). My family is a priority. I happily spend as much time as I can with them, I really want a partner who feels the same about her family and values the people in her life.
