About Me
Ok. I'm just trying this out. I've read all the horror stories about scams and stalkers and all kinds of nasty stuff about these online dating sites. And no, I don't have a Nigerian uncle that is going to make you rich if you wire me money.
I'm just a guy. A regular guy.
I've been busy for the last few years finishing up my graduate degree, so a lot of interests have been put on hold, so I'm just getting back into enjoying things.
So, hobbies-I like to cook. I like to homebrew although I haven't done it for a while. Art museums are fun.
My tastes in music run the gamut, with the exception of most country and modern rap/hip hop. One day I might like settling down to watch a good movie or read an interesting book, and the next I might get a wild hair and decide to check out the farmer's market to pick up dragon fruit, or hike over a weekend.
Goals and aspirations? I'd love to become the dictator of a Latin American country, but since that is probably unlikely, I'm content to work in the business of creating things that make people happy (no, its not toys and its not drugs my penchant for homebrewing notwithstanding). I'm hoping to leverage my graduate degree to guide others.
Ok. What makes me unique?
I'm going to brag a little bit. I have a quick mind, but I'm not judgemental. I enjoy people with quick minds and who can find the humor in situations, and who can laugh at themselves. I believe in working hard and playing hard, and honesty/integrity is a quality I pride myself in and expect from others. I don't play games. Melodrama is not my style.
I'll admit, I'm fairly cautious in relationships. So if you're impatient, you best try somebody else. But once I decide to go "all in", I'm all in.
