About Me
I'm Valerie, I'm 20yearsold. I'm in that weird semi-indepence stage of my life. I'm an only child. I live with my Grandma but still have a very good close relationship with my mom. I'm going back to Fresno City College this January 2013 to finish what I started. I took two semesters off due to illness & doctors orders. I'm currently working at a bagel/coffeehouse as a server, its part time & in the mornings. So when you're getting up, my work hours are almost over. I'm majoring in psychology to be a social worker in a school setting. I love to read & write. My Grandma is helping me pick up sewing again. I'm definatly open minded when it comes to music. My favorites include ; slipknot, rob zombie, lady gaga, awolnation, Taylor swift, etc. I'm a bubbly happy go lucky type of person. I always find things to smile or laugh about. Even if its so subtle & small. I appreciate everything big & small in life I have good & bad self esteem. I'm a typical girl when it comes to hair & makeup & nails. But I don't take hours to get ready. I know I'm beautiful & I just enhance what already is. I'm really sarcastic & a joker type.
First Date
I like to do things where you can actually get to know each other. I know that sounds cliche but like going to a movie is cool but that's like 2 and a half hours that your not getting to know each other.
My dream first date is actually simple like; pick me up at my house, by coming up to the door with flowers (nothing big or fancy, just sweet & simple). Walking me to the car, opening & closing it for me. Go to a park for a picnic or out to eating like a restaurant or diner. Not a fast food joint. And being able to be silly & honest with each other. Walk around a mall & just window shop, get to know each others interest.
