No sir you can not come over and no I am not meeting at your house. Yes sir, you must overcome the walls I've placed up from the previous jerks I've dated. And no sir I am not sending any inappropriate pictures of myself, so don't ask!
Well now that that's out the way...
I would love to meet a true gentleman; one who is chivalrous, and knows what he needs. My goal is to meet a man who is interested in a monogamous relationship that can hopefully lead to marriage, children (if my husband (or God) desires), and then plan family vacations and enjoy life.
Physical attraction is ONLY a percentage of the package - personality, ambition, genuiness, chivalry and communication are also factors! I love family gatherings, going to church, movies, museums, trying new things, supporting my man, helping others, hanging with friends, and of course, shopping! As far as music, I love R&B, gospel and actually a little pop.
What makes me unique? Hmmm, let's see...I am old-fashioned with values/morals and want to meet a man that is ready to be head of my life, family and household. I've also been told that I am full of personality. I tried POF because the dating scene has changed, so I'm trying something new.
I coordinate the educational trainings and activities at my place of employment, and I love making a difference in the lives of children. Honestly, I can only be myself, and if you are feeling the above, and are serious about meeting someone who is just ready for love, then here I am.
P.S. I was encourgaged to add that I am spoiled, independent and dominant. Lets see if it makes a difference in the type of men that approaches me ;)
I imagine my first date to be old-fashioned. Simple is always best, but a woman will always appreciate one who tries to impress (as long as it is genuine and in good taste). First date could be dinner, good conversation, or bowling, or shooting pool. It could be visiting a museum and a picnic in the park. Honesly, I think a single rose or inexpensive flowers would really put a smile on my face - a smile worth seeing. I guess my point is be YOU, be creative, be reasonable...its not about how much you spend, just the thought.
