I am a Creation of the Forest and the Mountains.
Every workout I do is bigger than any workout most men or women ever do in their entire lives, and I have done more than 6000 of those workouts.I am in Life training to be one of the fittest cardiovascular endurance athletes in the history of the world. I am no where near that goal yet, however I believe that I am on track to achieving that goal.
Although I am elite, I will never Compete. That is the power of my program. My runs are a Celebration of Life and Nature.I am training to enhance my physicality and to be the best I can be for my soul mate. I have owned 27 new bicycles and have bicycled more than 300, 000 kilometers in the mountains. In 1997 I gave up bicycling to specialize in Mountain Trail Running. I had been Trail Running in the Winter and it just took over bicycling. Bicycling was always a compromise due to motor vehicle emissions, road dust and the danger of being hit by a motor vehicle.
Mountain Trail Runs offer the best air quality, safety and spiritual values. I have run up more than 2500 mountains so far utilizing my special "No Injury" running technique and Program which is designed for runners and non-runners alike. I have spent more than 30,000 hours in the Mountains and Forests and have had more than 400 Bear encounters without incident.
I can run circles around most women (and men) on Mountain trails for 10 hours. It is reality. There is no limit to what we can achieve together soul mate.
