I’d love to make new friends and if it leads to something more, I’m happy to embrace it.
Ultimately, it would be fantastic to meet someone whom I can grow to love and share great moments with. I must admit, there's got to be a spark, an initial attraction but mainly...I look for and value the essence of who you are: your soul, depth and character.
I’m creative--Everything I do has that extra touch of love in it. At family functions, I’m the one who creates and organizes unique games that have everyone on the floor laughing! No dysfunctional and awkward family moments when I’m CEO of family games.
I’m generous--I can’t help myself but to be loving, giving and caring to those I adore. I am very thoughtful and always think of others – whether it’s picking a little something up for you while I’m out, leaving you notes/texts, or calling you to see how you’re doing. I am the friend you call when you need to talk on the phone for hours or need to grab a coffee with. Need a margarita/beer on the beach to get away from life's stresses? You've got my number.
I’m fun!--A spontaneous trip off the grid is what makes it fun to be with me! I have a passion for traveling and would love to further explore what’s out there – the different cultures, the food, their way of life. I've been to various parts of Thailand, Italy, Mexico (and all over the U.S.) so far and would love to find a fun travel partner to share in my adventures.
I’m funny!--I have a silly, dry, sarcastic sense of humor. I do it because I like you! I admire someone that can be brilliantly witty and keeps me on my toes. Sketch comedy scenes are always running through my head but I haven’t had the push to put it on paper YET.
I Love to Cook!--Food and cooking are in my blood and I enjoy it immensely. I come from a family of professional chefs. I love to chop. Whether Thai, BBQ, Japanese, Mexican or Italian is on the menu, you won't find a better sous chef!
Interesting (and not so interesting) facts:
-I speak and understand Thai
-Took 3 years of Spanish but don't ask me to translate a conversation (unless it involves where the library is)
-I have an unhealthy obsession with ice in my drinks (the colder the better)
-I love to dress up for Halloween (fun and gory costumes, mostly homemade)
-Known as the "Favorite Auntie" to all of my nieces and nephews
-Haven't been able to outgrow my dimples or my freckles :)
-Lucky to be able to work remotely most of the week
-The first person to laugh at myself (like posting an album of awkward childhood photos on Facebook-think Coke bottle glasses and Mogwai iron-on t-shirts)
-Comfortable being with or without make-up
-Mostly uncomfortable with PDA but there are times when the occasional touch or embrace just warms my heart
-Would only give compliments when they're genuine, and appreciate the same courtesy
-My oldest friend is someone that I've known since the 1st grade
