About Me
so i've never tried online dating, but i just recently moved to miami, know all of like two people here (and they're both guys, so...yeah), and am finding that living in south beach isn't necessarily conducive to meeting people with a normally functioning nervous system.
i'm well-spoken (but a bit of a sailor), generous, hard-working, adventurous, and, at the risk of saying one too many nice things about myself, really awesome at everything. i like to eat, explore, read, parenthesize, and swashbuckle (get it...sailor?), but my real passion is tomfoolery (and outdated grammatical references). i work pretty hard to stay fit, but i promise to never ask you to inject me with steroids. (on a related note, what is it with that look out here? who actually likes that?)
i work too much, stay up too late, and as of right now just don't have the time or desire to be out scouring bars or the awful, just truly awful clubs for the elusive decent human being. i don't have a specific type...just don't take yourself too seriously, laugh at all of my amazing jokes, don't try to make me take a 'baby guinness' shot (seriously, no self-respecting guy ever orders that drink), don't try to drag me to church or wherever you chose to worship whom/whatever, read the occasional book, and we'll get along just fine.
addendum to that last statement: if you actively choose to not follow basic grammar/punctuation/spelling rules you're not my type.
