About Kimi
Hey there. (: If you want to know about me then I guess I'd have to say that I'm a pretty shy and quiet kind of girl in person because I get nervous easily, but once I feel comfortable around you I really start to come out of my shell. I love to make jokes and make other people laugh and smile and just feel happy, but I can also be really sarcastic. Admittedly, I'm not always the most optimistic person, but life can be challenging and sometimes it's a struggle to get through things that come up. When I finish my education I hope I can become a skilled molecular geneticist because I have such a passion for science and what makes each of us who and what we are.
Aside from academics, I like to spend my time playing video games (especially Pokemon, Legend of Zelda, and Torchlight), drawing or making artwork with markers and colored pencils, horseback riding, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, listening to music, reading books from some of my favorite authors like Lisa Unger, Christine Feehan, Susan Johnson, and John Sandford. As for music tastes, I'll listen to just about anything as long as it sounds good to me. My most recent music obsessions are bands by the names of Coyote Theory, Kyo, Dead by April, Skillet, and Breathe Carolina.
In total, I've touched down on two different continents, traveled through nine countries, and six states, so I guess it's safe to say that I love traveling. Both of my parents spoke German, so it was technically my first language, but I've forgotten it over my first few years of school. By now I've recovered most of it, but I'm still not quite fluent again, and I've been busy trying to learn Russian and Japanese.
