About Me
I am a generally positive and pretty well balanced person. I am pretty laid back, but enjoy periodical bouts of excitement, pretty easy going, but will stand up for myself and what I believe in a second. I am a nerd but am also very active. I have a wide array of interests, and like many different styles of music (though you won't hear much of it on the radio). Playing music and checking out live music are two of my favourite things to do. Oh yeah, and I get asked this a lot so here it is: I am half black (Guyanese) and half white (British), but born in Canada. I don't really have a "type", awesome people come in all shapes sizes and colours. I suppose it would be cool if we share at least a few common interests, but not mandatory... really just someone awesome that I can share my time and adventures with. Also, though I've selected "dating" as what I'm looking for, I'm at a point in my life where I would rather it be something that will turn into long term. That being said, I'm not in a rush to be in that situation, I'd rather take the time to know if it's the right person.

Bikeride to the beach? Meet for a drink? Mini golf? Some live music? Science world? I am easy to please when in good company, but definitely like for there to be something to ease the nerves, whether it be something to look at, to laugh at, or to drink.
