About Me
I am hoping to find someone that compliments my life and I his. Life's short, and would love to find someone to share it with. I don't consider myself a "needy" person per say, but hope a man makes his intentions known and both shows and communicates his feelings. About me...I consider myself quite ordinary, probably wanting the same things that most want and needing what everyone needs. I am a teacher to many, a friend to some and a mother to two. I am simple in terms of what makes me happy. Taking a midnight run to get hot chocolate, ordering pizza in, walking the mall, making breakfast for dinner, or baking a sweet treat. I take pleasure in cleaning/tidying. I burn candles of warm smelling sweet scents. Music moves me and manners/kindness are treasured. I love having summers off and didn't mind working til noon this past summer at my school. I love my yellow lab and find it amazing that he turned out to be such a good pup. He was a very dominant male who had a VERY strong spirit. He's now become a very loyal boy. I am a very single parent as my children haven't seen their father, sadly, in years. They have great men in their life, however, and are lucky to have both family and coaches that add so much to who they are becoming! They are nearing 12 and 15 and as each day passes they break away and create their own lives. I am very much enjoying seeing them grow up and love supporting them in their endeavors, but I definitely have more and more time to do things for ME and hopefully you'd like to find ways for US to create a life together.
I love the beach, concerts, traveling, museums and lovely restaurants. I don't need those things to be happy though. I'm so simple, being home in a comfy pair of p.j.'s, with a candle, fresh manicure, movie, sleeping children in the adjoining rooms....a lab at my feet and perhaps you on my mind...better yet snuggling along side??? That's all I really need :) It's the simple things in life that matter.
