I've been divorced for a few years after a 36 year marriage and I'd love to meet that special woman.
Being outdoors is important to me, so anything from camping to skiiing (water and snow), fishing, love the winters. For work, I travel West Texas and New Mexico on a daily basis and going through many towns that each have their own personality is lots of fun.
I work in oilfield IT and enjoy my job, but I miss the companionship, the closeness that comes with having someone special in my life.
My two children are grown and I'm proud of them both. They live in San Antonio, so I travel there on a regular basis as well.
For companionship, I have a 13 year old feral cat I brought back from Kauai. She's a wonderful listener, but not so great at conversation.
My hobbies run all over the place. Skiing, diving, biking, anything at all around the water, camping, shooting skeet or clay pigeons, racquetball and more. I had a Harley for a while but quit riding after an accident in 2008.
I'd love to find someone that would enjoy coffee, dinners, movies, or just some quiet time somewhere in Texas or New Mexico over a weekend, exploring new areas. While the idea of marriage is appealing, I'm going to take it slow.
I'm quite shy in the beginning, but I get comfortable quickly enough.
If something in my profile appeals to you, drop me a line. Maybe if nothing else, we'd both find new friends.
Find something that's comfortable for both of us, coffee, lunch, a walk in a park, I'm sure we can come up with something.
