Hey there :) I just recently graduated from Eastern Washington University with my Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Developmental Psychology and and am now currently pursuing my Education Specialist degree in School Psychology at EWU.
Although school takes up a lot of my free time, I absolutely love being outdoors when I can. I enjoy going hiking, biking, camping, fishing, playing and watching sports and just enjoying what nature has to offer us. I enjoy making people laugh and love to laugh. I can find humor in just about anything and will do so to make someone smile. I love telling jokes and talking about random stuff but I also enjoy having deep, meaningful conversations with people I hold near and dear to me. I believe it is in those conversations that you can not only learn a lot about the other person, but you also learn a lot about yourself. I am a total country girl at heart but don't mind the city. I grew up on a farm and raised/showed an assortment of animals growing up. I love going back home to relax and be out in the open air away from the hustle and bustle of school and work. I enjoy trying new things, although it may take a little bit of convincing to begin with. I enjoying going out and hanging out with friends/ significant others but I also enjoy lazy days/nights in.
As I stated earlier, I am going for my Education Specialist degree in School Psychology and will hopefully be a NCSP (Nationally Certified School Psychologist) by June 2015. Being able to help others and being able to work with kids has always been something that I have always wanted to do and with this profession, I am able to combine both into one.
