About Me
I graduated from the University of MN Duluth in 2008 with an Exercise Science degree. From there I moved to the Minneapolis area to work as a personal trainer. I shortly realized that I needed more out of life and decided to move to Denver, CO. I worked for a year as a server to obtain residency before heading back to school. After 14 amazing months in Denver, I moved to Fort Collins, CO to go back to school to obtain another bachelors degree, but this time in Food Science and Nutrition. I graduated this past May and am waiting on an internship in order to become a registered dietitian. I just recently took a trip to Cameroon, Africa and volunteered as a nutrition educator. I spent 2 months working with the people of Cameroon, teaching them helpful cooking skills and basic nutrition. Since being getting back I have moved back to Denver and have been busy moving, working, and applying to internships. Though my life seems well planned and thought out I enjoy spontaneity too. I love taking risks and trying new things. I love trying new sports, recently I have gotten into road biking and found that I love it! I just bought my first road bike and it's pretty sexy.
As for as my personality goes, I'd say I'm a strong, independent women who also likes to be taken care of. I'm a bit of a rock when you first meet me but deep down I'm all mushy.
