About Me
I am just putting this out there to see what happens. Please don't be a creepy person! :-)
I'm a pretty easy going, straight forward, fun, and quick witted. I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
I really like outdoor activities: camping, hiking, fishing, etc. I really enjoy competitive sports/games. This is the point where I lose my easy going side and want to win!
My hobbies are making jewelry and cooking.
I spent the last two years working in sales. Now I am working towards becoming a counselor. I have already completed the Masters level course work and just passed my licensing exam. My goal is to one day open my own practice working with children.
I am a conservative christian and not ashamed of it. If you want to be just friends, then you don't need to share my political or spiritual beliefs. Anything more than friends and I will not budge on those beliefs needing to matching up. I need/want a man who is going to be a spiritual leader, following only Christ.
I am pretty open and easy to get to know. I don't like playing games so if you want to know something, just ask me!

It seems I should add a "what I'm looking for" section or maybe a "Must & Mustn't" list.
Must:
-Have good Christian family values
-Have a sarcastic sense of humor (otherwise you might not get mine)
-Be older than, or at least same age as, myself. (Or near it)
-Possess the ability to construct a sentence and use punctuation correctly, at least 85% of the time.
-Be willing to indulge my love of Country music, 80's music, & show tunes :)
Mustn't:
-Smoke.
-Chew tobacco.
-Cuss like a sailor (It shows a lack of class and education. Use a dignified vocabulary).
-Have a criminal record.
-Be old enough to be my father.
-Be a push over (I am fairly strong willed and need a guy who can stand up to that.)
-Have kids with someone who is still in the picture. (No baby mamma drama or whatever.)

First Date
First dates can be quite awkward so I tend to like to embrace the awkwardness and like to spend the time talking and getting to know each other. :) Dinner is always a good choice, but somewhere quiet and conducive to conversation. Afterwards, something fun and interactive.
