I guess that’s what I’m looking for, someone who has the courage to be themselves, and the compassion and kindness to allow me to do the same. Someone with a generous heart who wants to share in the laughter at the comedy of our lives. I think of myself as a human doing, not a human being, and hope to find someone with a like mind.
I'm passionate about life, and I bring that passion to everything I do. My closest friend calls me the Eveready Bunny, because once I decide to to something I waste no time doing it. I'm not one to lay around and watch sports on a weekend. I would rather go find an adventure. I don't consider myself athletic, but I do enjoy sports such as hiking, scuba, skiing, and am open to anything that gets me outdoors. I love to travel, and like to think of myself as a cultural traveler. The sites are nice, but it's the people and their culture that makes the place. You're more likely to find me mixing with the locals sampling more simple cuisine than searching for anything glitzy. That said, I'm a live to eat kind of guy, not an eat to live. I love fine dining and enjoy cooking. Gathering with friends over a good meal to share our lives is essential to me.
Music and movies are my passion and my work. I've been in film for seventeen years and still feel like I'm not working, but rather practicing a really great hobby that people are willing to pay me to do.
I am recently separated from a rewarding marriage of twenty-five years that provided me with two beautiful daughters whom I am infinitely proud of. I recently relocated to Los Angeles, and am reveling in all the possibilities this stage of my life has to offer. I'm a well grounded man with an open heart and mind, who is more apt to think about what you said, and not what I want to say. I value honesty and the opportunities it provides, and hope to find someone who understands and values what that means.
