Now that i actually have time to fill this thing out.
My name is Darius. I work at downtown at one of the honkey tonks on Broadway. I have a culinary degree and an associates degree but choose to work at a bar/burger joint because of the money. Plus, bars are fun and I enjoy the people. I still have a goal of getting back into the fine dining side of the culinary world, but for now I'm happy, and that's whats most important.
Currently, my hobbies are going to the gym usually 4 to 5 times a week (I used to be 315, now im around 235-40) and having a good time downtown on my days off (when I have them) and catching live shows. I used to be an avid gamer, but due to the amount I work these days, that's gone down substantially and to be honest, I'd rather be spending that time with someone special.
