I'm a happy, healthy, well-adjusted, drama-free woman looking for a happy, healthy, drama-free guy. I have three wonderful children, all of whom are out of the house and on their own but are my pride and joy.
I enjoy exercising and am training to walk a half-marathon in Big Sur. It is always a good thing to challenge yourself a little. I listen to music when I walk and it keeps me going strong. I have a wide taste in music and having young adults in my life keeps me current as far as music goes. I make sure they know the classics as well.
I enjoy knitting for my family and started sewing quilts for my nieces and nephews for wedding gifts.
The Bay Area is such a beautiful place and I would love to explore all it has to offer with a special guy. The weather is perfect and there are tons of great restaurants and stores. Some of my favorite things are Thai food, Sushi, wine tasting, cooking and walking along the water here in Alameda but I would enjoy all of these activities more with the right guy. I realize we are all a work in progress and I'm open to new experiences and new friendships but I'm seriously looking for a life partner to continue life's adventure.
I'm affectionate, loving and caring and would be a wonderful partner in all ways.
Only contact me if you live in the Bay Area and are serious about meeting a warm, sweet, loving woman. You can usually tell during the first phone conversation if you click so I'm not interested in long email or texting conversations.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
A first date or first meeting. I believe they are 2 different things. Usually when I meet someone for the first time I do the meet for coffee thing (prefer Peet's because I really like coffee) and then we take it from there which usually ends up in dinner. Going wine tasting in Alameda is also an option because wine bars are popping up here now. There are so many place to go in the Bay Area. I love certain neighborhoods in Berkeley and going to San Francisco to the Farmer's Market or just taking the Ferry over and walking around is fun too. I'm pretty open to suggestions just looking for the right person to spend time with.
