About Marcus
I've been on here for a little while, and I've made some really cool friends, which is ultimately what I'm looking for. In other words, I'm not looking for the typical “boyfriend/girlfriend” relationship. I really do not wish to tie or be tied down with all of the formalities of a full blown relationship. With that being said, I'm also not trying to jump into anyone's panties either. Getting laid is easy, but forging long lasting friendships, that takes talent.
So, with all that being said, I like being creative and I like exercising my brain, and I try to combine the two in practical application as often as possible. I’m a dad (one daughter), a welder, a carpenter, a mechanic, a chef, a zymologist (only for brewing beer), an angler and a self proclaimed marine architect. I like working with my hands, and I like to stay active. I like learning new things, but I also like to teach what I know as well.
I also love to laugh, tell jokes and participate in witty banter! I like dive bars, DIESEL trucks, and fresh vegetables, especially from the farmer’s markets. I also enjoy good conversation on just about any topic. I’ve been called a very social person, but I prefer to people watch. I like music and organization, and I don’t mind cleaning.
Some of the things that don’t care for though are: dance clubs, people with no concept of grammar or spelling, and impatient people. I don’t dance, because I’m absolutely terrible at it, and yes I’ve tried. Although I have no college degree, I have taken college level English classes and apply it to not only everyday writing, but also emails and texting. And as far as impatient people, it just makes you look like an ***hole.
