Fitness is a huge part of my life

I enjoy what I do for work; it's so awesome to going through peoples transformations with them. There is just something so rewording that I was able to help them achieve something they didn't think was possible,. Just giving them the right motivation, can do wonders for their spirit to help them to succeed.
I seem to always lose to girls at bowling but if I get bumpers you’re going down. : ) I am a bit competitive so some good competition is welcome. Although lying together on the couch, on an rainy/snowy day in my arms watching a movie works well too!
