A simply guy I suppose. Like to get out for some exercise at least four or five days a week, lately this is usually cycling an hour or so on a hybrid bike around the small town I live in or going to a nearby town for a ride on a rail trail and here and there. Also have a road bike and used to get out on some of the country roads in the area for a little longer rides, up to 20 to 30 miles. Would like to extend my range to 50 to 100 mile rides in the future but we'll see. Also enjoy walking and hiking, my range on that is usually about three to five miles, hoping to extend that as well. Has probably been about 10 years or more since I ran much but hope to get back to that, maybe some 5k's, possibly more.
Over the past few years my diet has really been flipped upside almost and now mostly a vegan, occasionally some lean healthy meat but even that is getting rarer and rarer. Plenty of protein in foods like quinoa, lentils, tofu, chickpeas and of course no cholesterol in plants and lots of fiber, I'm 55 but feel at least 15 years younger after changing my diet.
