I am new to California. I moved here from Boston in September due to a job relocation. I have been making the most of my relocation and loving it. I do miss the snowstorms that happen back east but my friends keep me in check with all their texts and photos.
I love to laugh and smile. I love to live life to the fullest and very excited to see what California has to offer. I have been taking advantage of the snow conditions in Tahoe to get my fix of weather "back east" and recently spent a week boarding in Colorado. I enjoy looking at the positives in life and making the most, as well as best out of situations. Life is too short to be unhappy or full of drama.
I have joined a couple leagues recently- flag football and a women's volleyball league. I like to keep active and be on the go. I have been doing some exploring of the area but certainly could use some help or maybe a sidekick in my adventures. I am interested in meeting great people and possibly it working in to something more- but I am not in a rush or looking to force something.
I like taking day trips on the weekends or exploring new places. I also like a night at the local bar for a drink or watching live bands/karaoke... but it will be rare that you will see me on stage- it is better for both of us that way. I am that girl that you can take home to mom. Even though I love to play sports... I definitely love dressing to the "9"s and painting the town red..... this little jock can transform into an elegant woman in the evening or put on a pair of sweats and cuddle to a movie with a glass of wine.... maybe some of the wine I got from a day trip to Napa.
When the weather is great I like to take advantage of it. I enjoy being on to the go. One of my favorites is playing volleyball competively indoors and on the beach.
I am not overly familiar with locations of all the cities in CA, but I am not against meeting with someone that is an hour away.
I am not in a rush to the alter and not looking to force anything- let's get together to see if there is a spark and see where it takes us.
