About Me
So I would have to say the main thing about me is that I love to laugh. I know a ton of people say that, but i literally laugh all the time. As hokey as it sounds the best complement ever paid to me was that I laugh with my own soul. I have also been told I have the laugh of Betty Rubble.... I didn't know what to think about that... I have a strange and dark sense of humor and many times, due to my complete lack of filter, I make jokes that offend most people. Just remember not to take things too personally.
I recently graduated from fashion design school. I was lucky enough to find a job in the industry here in Indianapolis. Well, when I say in the industry, really what I mean is I use a sewing machine on a daily basis. In a perfect world I would be working in New York making costumes for theater or in LA making costumes for movies. But for now, my sweat shop job will have to do.
I have a very eclectic taste in music, with everyone from Beethoven and Bach to The Allman Brothers to Type O Negative on my iPod. Just about the only thing I don't have is country ,though get me in the right mood and play a Brad Paisley song and I will sing along.
My taste in movies is kinda atypical for most girls. For me, horror is the preferred genere with the Hostel and Saw movies right at the top. My all time favorite movies are The Gladiator and Braveheart (see a pattern?)
Books are a little easier. I will fully admit to being a total geek having read the entire Harry Potter series at least 6 times, some books even more. I love Michael Crichton and Douglas Adams, and as boring as it sounds, Frankenstein and The Scarlet Letter are my two favorites.
