Let's get started, shall we?
I've spent the last year living in Northern New Hampshire and while it's been great, it isn't home. I'll be moving back to Michigan in a matter of weeks and I'm looking forward to putting down some roots and really getting my life started.
In leaving New Hampshire, I'm also taking a leap of faith and leaving the industry I've been trained in (restaurants) and joining the family business (finance) and I couldn't be more excited. Not only will this change give me the challenge that I need to stay stimulated, but it will also give me a much better work/life balance. I may be young, but I know what I want out of life and I'm willing to work for it.
That part out of the way, let's get to some other facts about me. I absolutely love being out doors and have discovered a new love in camping, hiking, and kayaking while living in New Hampshire. I read like its my job. I would much prefer a quiet night in or around a fire with a few close friends than a bar any night of the week. If we run into a bear, I got your back. Leaving in north country for a year, I've learned how to deal with them. I am highly affectionate and have a tendency to wear my heart on my sleeve and over think just about everything. I laugh at completely inappropriate times. I try to find the humor in everything and see the good in everyone. My family is my absolute number one priority. They are my world. I am the jumpiest person in the world, yet I love things like horror movies or haunted houses that get my adrenaline going. I have a completely irrational attachment to my hair. I will give you my absolute trust and respect until you give me a reason not to. I believe the most important factors in a relationship are open honesty, loyalty, an understanding that relationships aren't "easy" - they take work, and challenging one another to continue to grow and be better.
I could continue to rattle some other stuff off, but I'll leave it here for now. Don't be shy, say hello!
