Well here goes....I'm single mom of an amazing, sweet 7 yr old boy. (Dad and I are good friends and have a fantastic 50/50 relationship). I am self employed and absolutely love what I do. I'm constantly in motion and am either working hard or playing hard. I tend to be very open and although im tough I wear my heart on my sleeve. I value honesty and attitude above all things....when you're green you're growing and when you're ripe you're rottin! I'm a lover of adventure and learning new things.
Being active and healthy is just a part of who I am. I've been in Austin for three years and have been blessed to make amazing friends who have become our Texas family. I'm the homeroom/soccer mom who loves playing pool and country dancing to symphony and art history. I grew up in Utah so we love to be outside camping, hiking and fishing. Still left in the near future is to learn to fly and I'm learning to shoot. I work hard and I'm lucky to really be excited about what I do and the freedom of my time working for myself provides. I LOVE good food, just about any kind of restaurant and one of times i'm the most relaxed is when im in the kitchen. I try to keep the spirit that the most I know is that I don't know. There is always a silver lining and benefit in every situation, and we always have a choice. I believe in trusting God and giving life all the gas I can muster. Golden years are wasted in peoples Golden years! I want them while im young.
I'm looking to meet someone who has goals, but is down to earth. Someone who wants a family life but still can cut loose. Confident, and strong enough to lead and still let a woman be who she is. I believe seeing the type of friend someone is says so much about their character. And one can never have too many friends :) Probably more often than not im too smart when it comes to me and naïve when it comes to peoples intentions. For me, chemistry is huge and I'll never feel a need to try and fit a square peg in a round hole. I know who I am and I don't play games or do drama.
Life is too short and too precious. And hey...you have to shuck some oysters to find a pearl ;)
Great conversation and lots of laughs and I enjoy just about anything. I think the discovery process with someone you have chemistry with is the best fun within itself. Food, drinks, people watching. Good times.
