About Me
I'm new to sites like this, but I figured I would take a look and see what happens. I recently graduated from Lakehead U with a BA in Education and English, have a job that I love, and am looking to start meeting new people now that I have a life again. My interests are rather varied with a few oddities thrown in. I love to read, hike, kayak, sail, play soccer (football), watch cheesy action and sci-fi movies, and play with my dogs to name a few. While I can and will dance to just about anything my favorite musicians are a blend of classic rock, 80's metal, and country. As for the future I'm tired of planning things out and just want to go with the flow for a bit. At the moment, I've just accepted a full time position in the UK for the next year which means I'm still trying to get my bearings regarding UK versus Canadian idiosyncrasies. Yes, that does mean I'm Canadian. I'm not expecting a whole lot from the site, but I'm hoping to be pleasently surprised.
