About Me
I am a happy, intelligent, self-confident woman looking for someone to share all of the great and not so great moments of life. I am an online high school teacher and coordinator and an eBay entrepreneur. :) Let's just say I have taken my love for treasure hunting and generated a little extra spending money.I have 2 adult sons and I adore being a mother.
I was born and raised in Florida (until I was 21) and miss the sunshine and beaches...and am working toward having a home there that I can visit at least a couple of times a year. I love the water, movies, treasure hunting, antique stores, sporting events (4 older brothers, 2 sons!), dancing to the blues and just kicking back by a fire with a good book.
I am looking for new adventures, so although I've haven't camped much or fished or ridden horses, etc., I am willing to learn. :) You may notice by the pictures that I am forever changing my hairstyle - length and color - my sons have referred to it as my "chemical dependency" - lol. It is currently short due to a really bad dye job on my part -dye job fixed, hair sacrificed - but it's growing. :)
I'm looking for someone who is intelligent, secure, confident, happy with himself and is looking for someone to share his life with, not someone to be his life. If you've ever seen the movie Runaway Bride there is a scene where the Julia Roberts character takes the time to find out what kind of eggs she likes (previously she liked whatever her current boyfriend liked) - I'm at that stage - finding out what I like and hoping to enhance someone's life with what I have to offer.
