About Me
I'm tired of being single. Living out in the country doesn't give you a chance to meet too many people ...so where else does someone meet anyone these days? A grocery store? You can only buy so many veggies!! I'm not into the bar scene. In fact I don't even drink anymore. I don't mind going out if I had someone to go with, but I just don't care to walk into a bar, have something to drink and risk getting caught driving home or meeting someone in a bar. My Dad once told me "A relationship that starts in a bar ends in a bar" and I've agreed with him ever since.
I like country music - not hard rock or rap. ~ I like the outdoors, gardening in better weather of course, taking rides to anywhere. Likes cuddling up with someone next to a fire in or outdoors. Cooking a nice meal together or eating out. Watching a good movie on the couch ~ bowling, family BBQ's, Ol' country fairs, love to go to old country stores, going out to the movies, flea markets, tractor pulls, demolition derbies, car shows are cool too! I have a full time job and own my own home - so I'm not looking for someone to support me, just be with me.
My son is 15 1/2 and lives at home full time. I'm not looking for a father for him nor do I want to be your house keeper and/or mother to all your children. I wouldn't mind a man who has kids of his own - he just has to have some time to himself once in a while.

First Date
Let's see... the obvious ~ meet for a quick coffee, cocoa or what ever and see if there is any interest after we get over the awkward checking each other out - we can then decide if there should be a second date and go from there. If not, hey... we got out of the house for a little bit and took a chance right. If you don't take a chance you'll never know.
