About Me
Looking for companionship, someone who has similar interests. I love to discover East Bay trails but the mountain lions and snakes eye me up too much for doing it solo - well with my dogs but they can run faster than me. Being from the other side of the pond it is not easy to keep me inside on a sunny day. I dont have a couch so I am not one of those potatoes. But I do like potatoes baked, mashed and steamed.
I like to potter around in the garden, grow as much as I can from seed - bit cheap with the water bill so the grass looks a little yellow. Cucumber sandwiches rock.
I think I have an idea of the type of man that would get on with me. I would like you to like me and me to like you. I would prefer an active man, who eats healthy and watches his weight....... Also a good conversationalist.....and dont get in a huff if I dont agree with you. Oh and a dry sense of humor really helps....
I read avidly current affairs, none of that celebrity stuff.......and lots of novels in the wee hours before I go to work, which I would like to retire from as soon as possible.
Also, as stated in my profile I am not a religious person but I have values and ethics.
OK, I think I am original with a pic of a cucumber but that is tongue in cheek for you boys with those clutching onto those big fish that we assume you caught.
Lastly, I have a young teenage daughter, and have no qualms if you have children too who live with you, or on a part time basis.
