About Jonathan
I'm 27 and about to complete my masters degree in Poly Sci. I work full time as a bartender. I really don't trust online dating because I generally like to spend time with someone before dating them but at last, here I am. Trying to describe oneself in a paragraph such as this is tricky; so I will keep it simple. I'm a nice person.
That being said, why do some of you girls think its okay to write me messages that are as simple as "hi" and expect me to write something back...? Its not happening, I'm way to busy to deal with that.
I mostly work late at night, usually starting after 6pm. This mean I can only do dinner on my days off. As easy as people might think it is for someone in my postition to meet girls, I actually find quite a challenge in finding quality girls. I am mostly out of the university setting at my current educational level and spend little time on campus so meet almost nobody that way. That means online might be a good starting point for building new relationships.
I work full time as a bartender while I finish my degrees. Ultimately I will likely end up with a Ph.D in Political Science and possibly a law/business degree. I want to have a family eventually.
I generally only watch comedies as there is not enough time to watch everything... I've never missed an episode of the Daily Show or Colbert Report and I love 30 Rock, Modern Family, Community, and many others...
Malcolm Gladwell is my favorite author, although I rarely find time to read books for enjoyment.
Take me to a steak house, an Italian joint, a sushi place, or a bar for food...basically I love food of all kinds. It's kind of amazing I stay in shape!
Lately I have been frequenting HiScores off Stephanie and 215, although I have subsequently quit drinking alcohol since the beginning of 2013 in order to refocus my priorities on schoolwork. Some of the games there are fun, plus they are free. Just order me a club soda and lemon and its as if I have a****ail! Stoney's is fun too, so if you see me there make me dance (because I'm shy and probably will not dance otherwise!).
My favorite genre of music is indy rock. I am in love with Arcade Fire's Suburbs but dig on Muse, the Killers, The Strokes, and others of the same class. I enjoy all music that isn't country, which mostly stems from my disdane of rodeo and country life (although I am slowly coming around on this; I'll go to Stoneys and enjoy myself).
