A nice lady in the US replied to my interest saying (Hmmm, nice compliments. I love hearing ... But why would you mail with a person living so far away? I would be looking for someone that I could grab a coffee with over the weekend... it hardly seems like that type of easy companionship is possible with someone living in a
different country!)
My answer to Liz and all have similar argument is the following:
(Good you liked my words. I am looking for good ones wherever they are. I am looking for the right wife not any wife! If I will limit my scope of search to say 75 mile circle then I am trapping myself and would over-compromise my criteria. Technology has raised the barrier and I have to benefit from this, otherwise I should blame myself for wrong choice. This is the whole idea of this matrimonial/ dating website.
With telecom means you can meet virtually, talk, write - know enough then decide if you want to meet that bloke or not.
