About Me
Are you looking for someone to go out to dinner with? To see a good movie at the theater? Go for a hike on Mt. Lemmon or Madera? A concert in the park? How about going dancing? Or swinging a golf club? So many things are more fun when enjoyed with a partner.
I am a transplant from Vermont, but have spent 10+ years in the desert. Would love to find a gentleman to enjoy life with. Life often is more enjoyable when you can share it with that special person.
Have many varied interests including nature, photography, hiking, birding,electronics (computer, Ipad, Iphone, etc.),
anything to do with water, and will usually try something new. Enjoy the flora and fauna in my yard. Am a serious birder - have seen almost 2,000 species from around the world.
I volunteer as a docent at the Desert Museum every Friday.
Have five grandchildren - two in TX and three in CA - see them a couple of times a year.
Love animals and have two elderly indoor cats - 20 and 19. Fritz and Colleen definitely have me trained.
Believe in eating right and exercise regularly. Love to travel - have seen all 50 states and have been to 30 countries. Went to Thailand last February and Ireland and London over the recent holidays. We're doing a "family week" in Costa Rica in July.
Like most music, but jazz is my favorite. Read a couple of books a week - like good mysteries.
Computer literate and when I have time I do glass fusing, make beaded jewelry and all my own greeting cards.
Tend to lean to the left politically and am not religious.
Life would be complete if I could find my soulmate . I'm healthy, have a positive attitude and try to learn something new every day.
