I don't know anything about women-- I guess ?? I have had 9 coffees ---- 2 women want me to pay their bills... 2 women (in their early 60's want to quit work ( and thats fine but not a great reason to get married) 1 (one) woman fell in love with me at coffee and wanted to call me honey,,wanted me to meet her family,, kept calling for me to come to her house---NO WAY-- to much to fast ??? 1 (one) we were talking on the phone having a good time-- Of course she had a nice face because that's the first thing I look at but she also had a couple of other nice assets and during the conversation --In my flirty, clumsy way I said " there is not a guy in the state that's not going want-- to take your shirt out" SHE HUNG UP ON ME ?? This brings me to these three (3) women seemed bitter and guys are jerks-- saying "all they want is sex" SHOCKING--- Why are guys attracted to girls and girls to boys--at our age--it is NOT to create perfect little babies. I grant you the sex act is only about 10% of nice, loving and making love but it is a least 10% of it. If there is no match no 10% .. but I think (*and I could be wrong) you girls let me know -- If there is a strong match,, it could happen early. I think I fell in love with one woman but I don't think she is real crazy about me--- SAD but true-- better to be over than wrong ???
QUESTION--- Should I quit--71 years old ????? . Is this just life--get use to it ??? Is dating always difficult ?????
NO--- I'm not over sexed but not against it either and I think I am as nice a guy as your Dad, Brother,, Grandson etc.......... ??? !!!

I am changing my profile after being on POF for six months.
After being married 40 years and alone now 8 years-- I find I know one woman very, very well but rather clumsy with other women !!!!
Many women have asked-- " what do you like in a woman" I always say--" Depends on if she is walking toward me or away" :-) YES-- I love to joke and flirt but this is a new world for me ---So cut me a little slack ???
I do not enjoy dancing dates-- I do enjoy nice dining, Finding new places and things of interest, Grand kids are great (yours or mine) Thanksgiving is my favorite day-- as long as all I have to do is show up --- You would not want to eat my cooking !!!! .
I have had a great life and have been lucky enough to live all over the Nation but still love to travel.
I have not dated much the past 8 years and my Grand-daughter says I need a woman in my life, she is 14 years old and smart kid --I think I agree with her ??? I'm serious about finding the right woman and most likely will have several coffees and intend to make friends along the way but some day I'll find one that I don't want to leave.
Some guys are leg guys, some are boob guys, I am a face and hair guy and go from there. I am old enough, that I'm a happy camper now. All my wars have been fought, all battles in the past, none of us know how long our paths are but it is going to be great all the way to the end.
It may not sound nice to say this but you need to know,------ I really don't want to take on your personal or financial problems and won't, but have no doubt my woman will be taken care of and I would take a bullet for her any day,. . We will be the co-captains of our ship as we sail toward a beautiful sun-set.
I enjoy attending political events and supporting a worthy cause. I am a happy man with two grown sons of which I am very proud and 4 wonderful grand kids. I am looking for a keeper.
