About Me
Before I start let me just say that I am a single mom and my son is the world to me. His dad isn't in the picture and isn't going to be. I am not looking for a dad for him but if you are going to be in my life he is a part of the package and I expect you to be a good influence to him. My name is Ashley. I am 23. I am 5'9" with brown eyes and long brown hair. I am very tall and prefer tall guys but I am not all about looks. I live in my chuck taylor's or my justin's (if you dont know what justin's are then google it) and jeans but I do know how to get dolled up too. I have a huge heart, I will give someone the last dime I have if they need it. I like the finer things in life but I can buy them for myself. I Work hard for the things that I have and will continue to do so. I am old fashioned. If you go to work then I will cook you dinner and do the cleaning and laundry but you have to do the yard work and take out the trash. By saying that i am old fashioned i do not mean that I am a helpless princess who can't do things for myself, I can fix a flat when I am stuck on the side of the road (but I do have AAA) I can change my oil and I can build a bookcase from ikea, its just nice to have a man around to do certain things. I like to do things outdoors like hiking, camping, fishing, hanging out at the beach or just sitting in the backyard. I like to read, I dont own a nook or anythig, I enjoy holding a book in my hand like they used to do in the old days. Music is important to me. I believe that there is a song for everything you just have to find the right one. I listen to just about everything, country, hip-hop, rock, rap, should, oldies, jazz, blues, you name it I listen to it, I am just not a fan of opera. I am a movie buff, I just haven't been in a theater in a while.
I am a romantic girl. A candle lit dinner sounds nice but I would rather sit on the couch curled and cuddled up watching a movie while you play with my hair. Something about that sounds much more heartfelt like it comes more naturally than something that has to be planned out. I can take a joke if you can take one too, and trust me once you get to know me I can dish it out too. If you say something that is just down right jacked up I might get mad and not talk to you for a little bit but I will eventually get over it. I like to try new things and go to new places. How can one say that they have lived life if they aren't willing to try new things. I love Mexican food, my brother and I have been spotted a time or two at the taco truck in the middle of the night. Chinese is good too but that might be my Asian blood coming out.
Family and friends are important to me and will always come first in my life. I don't hold grudges but I don't forget. I would rather have 5 close friends I can tell everything to rather than 100 people I hang out with once in a while.
My life is an open book so if you want to more don't be a chicken and just ask. If I don't reply right away don't think that I am blowing you off, I am a busy person and can't reply to every message when I get them.

First Date
Something fun. Go carts, the zoo, mini golf, Dave n busters.... Just not the movies, as much as I love them I believe that is rude for the people around us to be trying to talk and get to know each other when other people are trying to watch a movie they paid for....
