I'm actually a very open-minded person. I love to travel when I have the time to do so. My musical tastes are varied. I'm what I like to call an "urban nerd". I love to read, visit historic sites and museums, and try new restaurants.

If the guy can cook, then that's a definite plus. Finally, a guy must not be afraid to be a MAN. Nothing disgusts me more than a male who doesn't have the courage to face his faults and responsibilities.

First Date
Looking for great conversation, first and foremost....
Ideally, a first date would consist of good conversation and possibly dinner. Hmmm....I have to think about this one a little more....
Maybe fishing? I'm a beginner at it, I can't swim, but, like bowling, I'm not good at it though I enjoy it.
Picnic lunch on the beach? As mentioned previously, I can't swim, but I love the water. I sometimes drive down to the Gulf of Mexico alone just to read, people watch, and relax.
Meet up at the gym? Let's face it: I'm a big girl. But I'm definitely willing to work out regularly if I have an athletic workout partner that will help me get into better shape. Yes, I'm serious. LOL!
