I generally prefer to learn about people through a conversation. When I put too much information in a personal profile, I feel like I'm creating a caricature of myself. I'd rather just have a brief summary of some interests so that you can see if we have anything in common. In the real world, we probably wouldn't have even that.
If I've added you as a favorite, it's almost certainly because I liked something about your profile. Sometimes, the combination of one's pictures and presentation of oneself is like art, and I occasionally might like to revisit.
If your profile is generically hostile or defensive, eh. If you're too insecure to take a joke, eh.
Also, what the ****? When did humanity forget how to write? The internet is the perfect forum for the literate yet it's dominated by the people who can't use an apostrophe or the shift key to save their lives. I didn't want to rant, so I'll go out with a quote. I'll change my quote when someone gets it. In any event, identify it without Google (or Bing) and you get points: Bob Johnson! Oh, wait . . .
