About Me
I’m an open minded person. I believe in some kind of divine being though I don't affiliate with any religion. I have a tendency to be shy at first and can br kinda awkward sometimes. I love to go hiking, travel, exploring new local places, doing new things, and trying new food/dance venues. I drink occasionally, and did other things sporadically when I was younger. I love dancing all kinds of latin dance, especially cumbia. I’m spontaneous, reliable, and nurturing. If I’m dating someone I’m very romantic otherwise I'm a typical geeky girl. I’m kind of old fashioned and have strong family values; when I'm bored I like hangong out with friends, cooking or painting. And love seeing people smile. I don't watch much TV so sometimes i can feel out of touch with typical pop culture. Im planning to get a mutiple subject teaching credential and go into a bilingual program and currently work as a literacy tutor in an elementary school in SF. ( Disclaimer: I lean towards the left politically but Im very open to hear other points of views.)

I'm generally looking for friends who are open minded, intellegent, and funny (witty is good). Spanish is a huge plus as I traval to Mexico on a regular basis to visit my family. Having a friend to go with would be great.

First Date
Karaoke, bowling, dance club, beach, hiking, coffee, yard sales, happy hour, whatever really... I'm pretty open minded, I think the companies more important :)
