Hi Fishermen! How's the fishing? I am mixed race (black/white) and originally from the Midwest. Moved to NY for school and ended up staying. I have a good sense of humor and enjoy having fun (ok, doesn't everyone?) and try not to take life too seriously.
However, I also have my serious side and enjoy discussions about politics and other current events/things going on in the world. As far as things I like to do-I love dancing, photography, and dining out, among others. I like to go out and do things (after all-this is New York, there is something around every corner), but I also like to be at home sometimes. I like watching good tv, and some of my favorites are Battlestar Galactica (not the one from the late 70's), 24, Family Guy, Cleveland, and the Daily Show.
My personal philosophy-it's all about the moment, the past is a memory and the future hasn't happened yet.
As far as the kind of man I am looking for, I am looking for someone with a good sense of humor, intelligent, sexy, with a good heart, and goals in life. Also, I am looking for a man who is able to talk about news and world events. We are all a work in progress, I definitely am, but I know where I want to go, and I hope you do to. Also, I have met some guys on here who don't seem prepared to take it to the next level if we are vibin. I am ready to meet someone and move things forward towards a relationship if things are right.
