About Me
I'm a professional accountant working in suburban Melbourne. On the whole I'm a fairly shy type of person and it usually takes people a while to get to know me, but to my friends and co-workers I’m a bubbly and positive person with a strong work ethic. I like to think that humour is a large part of my personality and I often use humour in daily life situations to diffuse the moment or take advantage of any opportunity to make others laugh or brighten their day.
I think it’s safe to say that I would expend more energy on other than I ever do myself, it just seems as if everyone else is more deserving. That said, I still find time for me and enjoy spending my free hours reading or relaxing with friends over coffee. My main passion outside of work is my creative talents which are for the most part card making and jewelry making. I am exploring the possibilities of taking this to a small commercial level, but for now am content with selling to friends and family.
I’m also a big fan of the theater and have a big soft spot for musicals, jazz and comedy.
Personality wise, I’m reserved and prefer a quiet night in. Simple things are the best – picnics, long walks, quite dinners. Part of what makes it so hard to find the right person is finding those people who are similarly inclined; they’re not hanging out in bars and clubs.
I haven’t had many relationships so I’m looking to take it nice and slow. For me, the most important things lie within the head and the heart so I’m looking forward to getting to know a person, their thoughts, hopes and dreams.
My hopes and dreams? A quiet, happy life with someone special; wealth and career aren’t that important to me. I hope for love, pray for good health, and dream of finding that someone who makes my life complete.
